***Each paper (main or workshop) MUST be registered under an AUTHOR registration (even if you are a student!) and pay the publishing fee of $150.  Additional papers can be added to a registration for $400 each and there is not a limit. This includes main conference or workshop papers. The registration must be completed by the camera ready deadline or the paper will not be published.

Additional Authors of a paper can register under a regular full passport or student registration type. Only one author needs to register the paper under the author registration. 

Full Registration Include:

  • Entrance to all Workshops/Tutorials
  • Entrance to all sessions, on all 3 conference dates
  • Catered events throughout the conference days will be announced in November.

Workshops & Tutorials Only Registration Include:

  • Entrance to all Workshops/Tutorials
  • Coffee Breaks and Refreshments

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. Each paper (main conference or workshop) MUST be registered under an AUTHOR registration.
  2. Entry Permit/Visa to Vietnam – the visa application process is long – please plan accordingly. You must register before getting a visa letter.  If you already paid the full registration rate and your request for a visa was denied by the authorities, you may amend your registration for another attendee. No refunds will be made after October 30th for any reason
  3. Any changes to registration can be made by logging into the registration platform. 

Badge Policy

Access to all ACCV activities will be allowed only to people wearing ACCV 2024 badges. Our policy is not to reprint badges or replace lost badges. If you lose your badge, you will be able to purchase a new registration at the current on-site rates. Please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day.

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. All refund requests must be made via email to Nicole
  2. All cancellations will be subject to a USD $50 cancellation fee for each registration before October 30, 2024, 11:59pm EST.
  3. NO REFUNDS will be made after October 30, 2024.
  4. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and you can do this by logging into your registration yourself.

Letters of Invitation

Please contact Marissa to request a letter. Requests MUST contain the following:

  1. Registration confirmation number
  2. Full name including Salutation (Mr., Ms., Mrs.), in the order of Salutation, Given (First) Name, Family (Last) Name
  3. Paper number AND Title if applicable
  4. Email address, mailing address and affiliation (business or school)
